PROACTIVE INTERCLUB TOURNAMENT 2010

                             1:00 PM      TOURNAMENT STARTS

Referees and officials please be there at 12:45pm for pre event meeting and preparations for a fast moving action packed day.  Parents, family and friends welcome to watch on the day.

WHO:                    All Proactive Members! This is an Interclub tournament, geared towards having a go, trying something new and having fun. All ages & levels. Parents and families are welcome to cheer on the action. Don’t forget to bring your camera.

Note: Free Referee & official’s course for parents or members who would like to officiate at tournament on Monday 13th September and Monday 11th October, 8:30pm – 9:30pm in the Zen (During Black Belt Class).  Highly recommended for black belts, senior members, and anyone interested in refereeing.

EVENTS:                There are heaps of different events to make sure everyone can participate on the day.  For events that suit you see page 2 for a full list of events, or discuss with your instructor. 

AFMA combinations, point sparring, stick sparring, forms, kata, sumo wrestling, demonstration, and sword combat

Kickboxing sparring, boxing sparring, Muay Thai traditional Sparring           

Divisions will be structured to match as close as possible rank and age to give all participants a fair go. Protective equipment required for all sparring events.  Muay Thai must have head, knee and elbow guards as well as sparring gear.
