Cardio Kickboxing
CARDIO KICK BOXING
- Fitness and conditioning workout focusing on aerobic and anaerobic fitness
- Utilizing timed circuit, including bag circuit, as well as focus pad, Thai Pad & Kick bag workouts.
- No Contact. No Boxing glove, No Thai head control, No sparring.
- Personal Best principal, competition against self, assist individuals push them selves to max.
- Trainers motivate participants in a simple high rep, high energy fat burning and toning session.
- Suitable for all fitness levels form low level fitness to high level athlete, working side by side.
- Include cross training strength exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls rubber bands, water bags, plyometrics and body strength exercises.
- May include some skills development but priority is on high reps work, sweat and energy.
- Qualified Trainer gives each participant skill development time one on one in regulation size boxing ring using pads/bags.
- Wraps or fingerless mitts recommended. Water bottle and towel also recommended.
