Open 6 days per week; Fully matted, with 2 training levels; 'The Cage' boxing ring and bag circuit room, & 'The Zen Room' fully matted training area for martial arts +!. Pro-Shop offers martial arts and fitness training supplies with advice and service from those who use the gear we sell. All up over 350 metres with excellent parking, conveniently located on the metropolitan ring road and only 15klms north of Melbourne CBD.

PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION
You will learn from qualified and experienced professional Instructors with Certificate III Level sports coaches, working with children checks, martial art or combat sport expertise, passionate and caring instructors who will help you reach your goals.
